Service History(updated 6/16/2017)
- 6/10/2017 front 3 inch brake air duct installed, front dust shield removed. trailer wiring harness installed.
- 5/23/2017 K20 ignition coil installed Denso 673-2301.
- 4/27/2017 AEM fuel pressure sensor, oil pressure and temp sensor intalled with custom harness. At fuel rail and oil filter sandwich plate.
- 4/18/2017 Rear camber and toe adjusted using string method.
- LR camber -2.75 RR camber -3. Total rear toe in is 0.6 degree.
- Mcmaster Hardware endlink Installed on 4/16/2017. it needs washers as spacer. Needs fix.
- 4/16/2017 coil over bump stop checked and corner balanced.
- With Ohlins suggested setup, bump stop clearance is only 6mm out of 55mm free travel.
- Final adjustment, 16mm preload instead of 2mm, yield 16mm+ shock travel. ]
- Corner balanced 50.01% Ride height: LF 325mm RF 325mm LR 328mm RR 326mm(measured from the center of hubs to the edge of fender)
- Ignition coil connectors and injectors depined and new connectors replaced on 1/1/2017
- Vtec solenoid swapped from old F20 engine due to better plastic connector.
- Valve adjustment done 12/26/2016.
- intake side close and tight on 0.009inch. Exhaust side, loose and right on the 0.010inch. All locknuts are torqued properly.
- Leak down test done 12/26/2016,
- 13%-15% cold across cylinder 1 and 3, temperature stone-cold. #2 , accidentally rotated engine by air pressure. Leak down test showed 2% or 3%. And about 3% on all cylinders with intentional rotation.
- Injectors cleaned by RC fuel injection at 108900 12/23/2016
- misfire in cylinder#1 and #2 was also found due to leaking injectors and low output compared to #3 and #4. Details can be found on its measurement sheet below.
- Averaged at 370cc/min after cleaning.
- 12/8/2016 service check: timing mark aligned, timing chain condition unknown, along with water pump.
- Valve clearance(spec when cold: intake 0.008-0.010, exhaust 0.010-0.011) about half of exhaust valves are too tight, didn't check intake valves, could be too tight.)
- Spark plug gap, 1: 0.040. 2: 0.040. 3: 0.040. 4: 0.040 (spec 0.039-0.043)
- stock ride height was about 14 from fender to wheel hub. with Ohlins suggested height, ride height is about 13 or 12.5 when first installed.
- Steering rack condition unknown, visually no damage, could be worn out bushing.

- Berk 3inch Headerback single exhaust installed with engine swap
- 04 F22 engine with about 100K swapped into MY00 with about 104K miles 1/1/2016
